The neatcommerce.com website has been deactivated and now redirects to the Neat customer login.

Before 31st March, 2023: You will receive separate communications and instructions on how to access your newly migrated account to the Rapyd Business Account.

31st of March, 2023: This is the last day of operations for the Neat Business Dashboard (neatcommerce.com) and the Neat App, which means you will not be able to log in after this date, unless you are a GBP and EUR virtual account user. Neat Visa Card information in the Neat App will be reflected in your new Rapyd Business Account instead.

Until 18th of April, 2023: You will continue to have limited access to the Neat Business Dashboard only if you are a GBP and EUR virtual account user.

13th of March, 2023: 

  • Chat and messaging support will be discontinued on the Neat Business Dashboard as well as Neat’s WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts or pages.
    Our FAQ will also be decommissioned. 
  • Telephone support will be available only for Neat Visa card inquiries.

New support email: All support inquiries should be redirected to support@rapyd.net.
However, we will continue to monitor and respond to inquiries received at business@neatcommerce.com and support@neatcommerce.com.
