We are looking for a Helpdesk Specialist for a student position.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting users in multi-region environments, amp and worldwide teams
  • Managing users and permissions of cloud-based products
  • Mastering, deploying and supporting the latest technologies
  • Onboarding and offboarding process
  • Managing computers and peripheral equipment

Requirements

  • At least 3 semesters (1.5 years) left until graduation
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Help Desk specialist in a cloud-based environment
  • Experience in handling employee requests through a ticketing system
  • Excellent understanding of computer systems and hands-on experience with installing and maintaining peripheral equipment
  • Experience supporting Macs
  • Fluent in English
  • Service-oriented, patient and independent
  • Fast learner
  • Good understanding of cloud environments – advantage
  • Familiarity with G suite – advantage
  • Basic scripting skills (Powershell, Bash or Python) – advantage
