As a Global HR Director and Israel HR lead you will be responsible for:

This role will be part of the HR leadership team and will report directly to the COO.

  • Leading HR agenda and overseeing all HR matters of the Israeli site of 400+ employees.
  • Leading a team of HRBPs across Rapyd’s functional units on a global scale.
  • Managing the global recruitment team, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals and optimizing hiring processes.
  • Leading the Employee Experience function, developing and executing a global program, managing budgets, supporting local sites, and taking direct responsibility for Israel’s Employee Experience initiatives.
  • Working closely with senior executive management on all HR-related topics and procedures, such as workforce planning, change management, performance management, organizational design changes, talent mobility, termination discussions, and more.
  • Leading operational responsibility on HR organizational processes globally and locally.
  • Owning, driving, and improving HR strategy towards talent and organizational excellence, enabling scale while maintaining our high-performing culture.
  • Leading the growth of our global HR Department, continuous process improvement, and creative out-of-the-box solutions.
  • Advising and supporting on a variety of matters including rewards and recognition, local labor laws, compensation, and benefits.
  • Developing and steering HR strategies, identifying appropriate solutions, and ensuring their implementation within the broader HR guidelines and framework of Rapyd.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as an HR leader.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing and developing HR teams.
  • Experience in managing HR in a fast-growing, scaling startup environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Successfully coaching and mentoring diverse and highly skilled managers & team members at all levels.
  • Highly energetic, driven, and motivated.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent English – A Must
