We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and results-driven Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of our presence at major global trade shows, industry conferences, networking and virtual events. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that Rapyd’s events are flawlessly executed, highly engaging, and aligned with our overall marketing and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Strategy & Project Management – Lead event planning (for both live and virtual events), defining objectives, messaging, branding, and sponsorship activations. Manage timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, and internal communications to ensure seamless execution.
  • Booth & On-Site Experience – Oversee booth design, production, and logistics, ensuring an engaging and interactive presence. Manage on-site setup, staff coordination, meeting scheduling, and troubleshooting to optimize event performance.
  • VIP Engagement & Networking Events – Plan and execute private meetings, exclusive networking events, and hospitality experiences that enhance relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Marketing, PR & Brand Awareness – Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to develop multi-channel promotional strategies, increase brand visibility, and propose innovative activations that maximize event ROI.
  • Post-Event Analysis & Future Planning – Conduct debriefs, analyze event impact, and provide data-driven insights to optimize future sponsorships and event strategies. Develop creative approaches to 2025 event activations and sponsorships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in event planning, trade show management, or experiential marketing.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale B2B events, preferably in fintech, payments, or gaming.
  • Experience negotiating with vendors, handling logistics, and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong budget management and financial tracking skills.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for events.
