• Ensure performance, security, and compliance.
• Resolve database issues and provide support.
• Collaborate on deployments and data migrations.
• Maintain documentation and plan system upgrades.

• 5+ years of database administration experience.
• Proficiency in SQL technologies.
• Skills in performance tuning and high-availability setups.
• Experience with backups, recovery, and data security.
• Knowledge of cloud databases is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Availability for on-call support when needed.
