As a Talent Acquisition Associate- you will play a crucial role in enhancing our recruitment process and cultivating strong relationships with potential candidates. 

Your responsibilities will include efficiently scheduling interviews, evaluating resumes, conducting phone interviews, planning and implementing candidate experience strategies, and collaborating with hiring teams to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently schedule and organize interviews, ensuring seamless coordination between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews, both locally and globally.
  • Take ownership of the candidate experience, guiding them through the end-to-end process with professionalism and care.
  • Identify and address issues affecting recruitment, actively participating in continuous process improvement.
  • Implement effective sourcing techniques on LinkedIn and other social networks to attract highly qualified candidates.
  • Maintain strong daily interaction with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers.

Requirements

  • BA Student or MA student for Social Science/ Human Resources/ Behavioral science/ psychology with at least 3 days per week availability.
  • 2 years of experience as an HR coordinator (Advantage).
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Full Professional proficiency level of English – Must.
