As a Senior Marketing Operations Manager at Rapyd, you will be a critical architect of our marketing systems and operations strategy, leveraging your extensive experience in automation and analytics to drive operational excellence and results. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, you will lead and collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders in marketing, demand generation, sales, revenue operations to ensure our technology stack, processes, and campaigns are aligned with business objectives and delivered timely and efficiently. 1 . The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in marketing technology, data analysis and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Campaign Strategy and Execution: Oversee the strategic planning, launch, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals and drive measurable results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration between teams to enhance campaign effectiveness 

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Performance Analytics: Develop and implement robust reporting frameworks and KPIs to evaluate marketing initiatives’ effectiveness, leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance.
  • Attribution Modeling: Lead the development of attribution models to accurately measure marketing impact on sales and identify opportunities for improvement.

Operational Excellence:

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to streamline marketing processes and workflows, enhancing efficiency and scalability.
  • Campaign Infrastructure Development: Design and build a comprehensive campaign infrastructure that supports business objectives and provides accurate reporting capabilities.

Technology and Tools Management:

  • Martech Ownership: Serve as the technical owner of marketing technology platforms, particularly HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and alignment across systems.
  • Compliance and Data Governance: Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and maintain high data quality standards across all marketing operations.

Budget Oversight:

  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and timely payments to vendors to prevent service disruptions.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years B2B SaaS marketing experience with at least 3 years in Marketing operations
  • Extensive familiarity with martech platforms, including HubSpot as MAP (a MUST), knowledge of HubSpot CRM a GREAT advantage, knowledge of Google Analytics, ABM and attribution platforms is a plus. Additional knowledge of OneTrust and Google Tag Manager is very nice to have.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives, with a solid understanding of digital marketing channels. And marketing funnel
  • Strong expertise in data collection, manipulation, and reporting; ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. 
  • Strong affinity to data, sales and marketing metrics, and continuous optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • English at a very high level
